Role Description The Owner role at ARF Design Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Vizianagaram, focused on overseeing the company’s strategic direction, operations, and growth. The Owner will be responsible for defining business vision and goals, driving long-term strategy in semiconductor design services, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising key projects and delivery quality, guiding leadership teams, managing budgets and financial performance, and nurturing client relationships across India and international markets. The role also involves developing new business opportunities, managing partnerships, and ensuring effective coordination between design centers and project teams. The Owner will foster a culture of excellence, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement, while supporting talent development and succession planning for future leaders.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills, with proven experience in leading technical or business teams.
Strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management skills, preferably within the semiconductor or technology services sector.
Solid understanding of chip design workflows (analog, RF/mmWave, mixed-signal, digital, verification, physical design) and familiarity with advanced process nodes.
Financial management, budgeting, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage clients, partners, and internal teams.
Experience in project and program management, including setting priorities, managing risks, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
