About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and production-ready machine learning solutions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Machine Learning Engineering, AI/ML architecture, cloud technologies, software engineering, and data engineering.
The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, define technical roadmaps, lead engineering teams, and transform AI/ML initiatives into scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable architectures for machine learning model training, deployment, and production operations.
• Lead end-to-end ML projects, from technical analysis and architecture through development, deployment, and production delivery.
• Define technical strategies, architectural standards, project scope, and engineering deliverables.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML frameworks and solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, BI teams, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
• Establish engineering best practices for software development, testing, code quality, and deployment.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and data science teams.
• Drive the technical vision and roadmap for Machine Learning Engineering initiatives.
• Communicate architectural decisions and technical strategies to executives, clients, and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading technical teams across ML Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, DevOps, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in end-to-end machine learning model development, deployment, and productionization.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML architectures.
• Strong software engineering and application development background.
• Experience with cloud technologies and data engineering environments.
• Ability to define technical strategies, make architectural decisions, and lead complex engineering initiatives.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
• AI/ML coursework is preferred.
• Relevant cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
