Regional Director

Role Description The Regional Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the growth, performance, and learner experience within a defined geographic region. This role includes developing and executing regional strategies to increase enrollment, engagement, and completion rates in data analytics and cloud training programs. The Regional Director will coordinate with instructors and mentors, analyze regional performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives that support quality delivery of learning content. Day-to-day tasks involve building partnerships with local organizations, representing the company at virtual events, guiding regional marketing efforts, and ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives. The role also includes reporting on regional outcomes, managing a small remote team or network of collaborators, and contributing feedback to enhance programs and services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
Candidates should possess skills in data management and analysis tools, including SQL and NoSQL.
Candidates should possess skills in business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Candidates should possess skills in operating systems and development environments, particularly Linux.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, regional operations management, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills for remote and cross-functional work.
Candidates should possess abilities in strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and performance monitoring.
Experience in education, training, or professional development programs, as well as familiarity with data analytics career paths, is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or Education) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
