IN_Bosch Rexroth India_Engineer / Executive_Procurement Planner

Purchase Order management (Create/Update/Delete) with overseas Vendors.
Monitoring stock level in the warehouse.
Proactive reporting of components availability for the plant and ensure on-time escalation.
Evaluate supplier’s performance based on the organization’s criteria.
Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders (Suppliers and freight forwarders)
Conduct weekly meetings with suppliers for delivery evaluation and performance.
Monitoring inbound schedule for stock availability
Ensure optimum level of Inventory in Plant.
Team coordinating and responsibilities for targets.
B.E./B.Tech Mechanical with 3 to 5 years of experience
Preferred Skills / Exposure:
➢ Good Communication, Interpersonal and collaboration skills
➢ Willingness to work with smart techniques.
➢ Well versed with soft skills like Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.
➢ SAP knowledge MM Module
➢ Power BI (Preferred)
