Principal HRIS People Analytics

Looking to make an impact through People Analytics? Join our global HRIS & Workforce Acceleration team, where you'll use data and technology to support workforce planning and improve the employee experience
Responsibilities
Leverage Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, BigQuery, and Looker to generate actionable workforce insights.
Drive workforce planning initiatives through forecasting and modeling using Workday Adaptive Planning.
Manage and enhance Workday Security configurations related to reporting and data access.
Build compelling executive-level dashboards and analytics with a strong focus on storytelling and visualization.
Partner with stakeholders to align business priorities with emerging capabilities across Workday and Google platforms.
Champion innovation through the adoption of Agentic AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Lead strategic HR technology initiatives that elevate employee and manager experiences globally.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Modeling, or People Analytics
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Reporting
Required Skills
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards preferred
Strong knowledge of Workday Security concepts, particularly reporting and data security
Experience with SQL (BigQuery, MSSQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Expertise in BI and Data Visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Visier
Experience with Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning is highly desirable
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives and executive insights
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer-centric mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards preferred
Experience with Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning is highly desirable
