Compliance and Land Management Officer

Our client URGENTLY requires a Compliance and Land Management Officer for 6months+ Contract on the Gold Coast.
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage compliance activities and land corridor matters. This role involves coordinating complex site-based operations, interpreting legislation, and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships to ensure the effective management of State-controlled assets.
Skills and Experience required includes:
Oversee unauthorised access and usage activities, including site visits, multi-agency coordination, and the preparation of compliance notices and human rights assessments.
Manage road declaration processes and provide expert advice on complex land and corridor management issues.
Develop and monitor sub-programs of work, ensuring all activities align with broader regional objectives.
Prepare high-quality briefs, memos, and reports while maintaining accurate registers to support business requirements.
Build and sustain effective internal and external partnerships to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
