Job Brief: Execution and monitoring of the project after order receipt
Responsibilities -
Follow up with Principals, Design Team, Installation Team, Customer.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements.
Co-ordinate with the factory; visit the factory
Help execute projects profitably and efficiently
Drive Procurement activities and help the procurement team with available alternatives.
Installation & commissioning planning along with the Service Manager
Budgeting and adhering to cost control
Maintaining and preparing the project planning sheet and updating the same for lead time/delays.
Keeping management, team, and customer informed about the timelines
Qualifications and Skills-
Good & Clear Communication
Have an engineering background and/or understanding of food processing/FMCG projects
Should understand commercial terms, Incoterms
Read and understand drawings
Experience in project management tools like Microsoft Project or any other
Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
