Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at Experience is a full-time, on-site position based in Gopalganj. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and review electrical systems and layouts for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical drawings, performing load calculations, supporting power distribution and power systems planning, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, technicians, and other engineers, as well as conducting site inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, and optimizing system performance. The Electrical Engineer will also contribute to documentation, technical reports, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a solid understanding of core electrical principles.
Candidates should possess experience in Electrical Design, including creating schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Power Distribution and Power Systems for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency with CAD or electrical design software and basic project documentation tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
