Your key responsibilities as an Data Analyst will include:
Updating mutual fund information in internal databases accurately and within agreed timelines.
Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Communicating with UK and offshore asset management companies through email and telephone.
Responding to client queries and providing timely clarifications based on priority and urgency.
Extracting, preparing, and delivering project-related reports as requested by management.
Supporting the team in maintaining service level agreements and operational excellence.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Data Analyst:
You will have a bachelor's degree in Commerce.
You will possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
You will demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
You will be able to work independently, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver against defined SLA standards with high accuracy.
You will be eager to learn new mutual fund concepts quickly, apply them effectively in your work, and collaborate actively within a team environment.
