Senior Manager, Capture

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced capture and proposal professional to shape and scale a high-performing bid management function. You will lead a team of proposal and security response specialists, overseeing the entire pursuit lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and final submission. The role combines strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize win rates and revenue opportunities. You will modernize existing processes through structured qualification frameworks, improved content management, and practical AI-assisted workflows with human oversight. Working closely with Sales, Legal, Product, Security, and other business teams, you will strengthen collaboration and ensure every submission meets rigorous quality and compliance standards.
