THE ROLE
We're hiring our first dedicated mobile engineer. You'll build our iOS and Android app with React Native and Expo, share types and API contracts with our existing TypeScript web app, and own the app from the first commit to the app stores.
Our users work on job sites where the signal is weak or missing for hours, so the app has to work fully offline and sync reliably when the connection returns.
TECH STACK
- Mobile: React Native, Expo, TypeScript
- Web: React, Vite, TanStack Router and Query
- Backend: TypeScript API on serverless workers, Postgres, object storage for photos
- Shared: zod schemas and OpenAPI contracts used by every app
- Testing: Vitest, Playwright, performance budgets in CI
