### About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven **Program Counsellor** to join our **Global Certifications** team. The role involves counselling prospective learners and driving enrolments for our professional certification programs across **FinTech, Investment Banking, and Data Science for Finance**.
### Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective students and working professionals through calls and other communication channels.
* Understand learner requirements, career goals, and recommend the most relevant certification program.
* Sell and promote programs across **FinTech, Investment Banking, and Data Science for Finance**.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment.
* Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into paid enrolments.
* Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
* Handle queries related to course structure, fees, eligibility, career opportunities, and program benefits.
* Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a smooth admission experience.
### Requirements
* **1–4 years of experience** in inside sales, telesales, admissions, counselling, or EdTech sales.
* Experience in selling **professional courses, certifications, upskilling programs, or financial/technology courses** will be preferred.
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
* Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and following up with leads.
* Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.
* Candidates who can **join immediately or within a short notice period** are preferred.
