About Our Company
Plantopia Farms Pvt. Ltd. cultivates and sells fresh strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. We also produce farm-fresh berry jams. We supply our products through distributors and are expanding our direct-to-customer sales through our e-commerce website.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company website and e-commerce operations.
Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Develop creative posts, reels, product photos, videos, and promotional content.
Manage online product listings, orders, customer enquiries, and sales.
Develop digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online sales.
Follow up with customers and ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Support business development activities to expand the company's online customer base.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or social media management.
Education in Business Development, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Must be proficient in Tamil and English; Hindi is also required.
Knowledge of website management, social media platforms, and content creation.
Ability to manage online sales and work independently.
