Beige Studio is looking for a LinkedIn Outbound Specialist who understands that effective outreach goes beyond sending connection requests.
We’re looking for someone who can identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and help build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
What you’ll be doing:
↳ Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
↳ Build targeted prospect lists based on ICP, industry, company size, and decision-making roles.
↳ Write personalised connection requests and follow-up messages.
↳ Manage LinkedIn conversations and nurture prospects towards discovery calls.
↳ Track leads, follow-ups, and outreach performance using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
↳ Monitor response rates, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
What we’re looking for:
↳ Strong written English and communication skills.
↳ An understanding of LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
↳ Familiarity with Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and prospect research.
↳ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
↳ A proactive mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
Prior experience in LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, or B2B sales is a plus.
