People Analytics Specialist

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a People Analytics Specialist at SS & Associates. The specialist will collect, organize, and analyze HR and people-related data to generate insights that support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and maintaining HR dashboards, preparing reports for leadership, and translating complex analytics into clear recommendations. The role will collaborate with HR and management to identify data needs, improve HR processes, and ensure data integrity and privacy. The specialist will also help establish metrics and KPIs that align people strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in People Analytics and HR Analytics to interpret workforce trends and inform HR decision-making.
Background or experience in Human Resources (HR), with familiarity in core HR processes and policies.
Solid Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities, including data cleaning, visualization, and reporting.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is beneficial).
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and present data in a concise, structured manner.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
Experience in professional services or financial/tax-related firms is an advantage.
