Agentic AI Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai / Coimbatore / Bangalore / Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying AI agents and developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, good knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM-based applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, task execution, and workflow orchestration.
Develop and implement multi-agent and agentic workflows using relevant frameworks and technologies.
Work hands-on with agent harnessing and orchestration concepts, including tool calling, memory, context management, and agent workflows.
Develop scalable and production-grade applications using Python and FastAPI.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, databases, and external services with AI agents.
Design and implement reliable and scalable AI/ML systems.
Deploy and manage AI agents and GenAI applications in cloud environments.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
Follow software engineering best practices including clean coding, testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design and solution discussions.
Evaluate emerging Agentic AI and GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant business use cases. Required Skills
8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.
4+ years of experience in Generative AI technologies.
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI / AI Agent development.
Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying AI agents.
Strong understanding of Agent Harnessing, Agent Orchestration, and agentic workflows.
Experience with LLMs and LLM-based application development.
Strong experience with FastAPI and REST API development.
Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
Experience in designing and developing scalable systems.
Exposure to GCP / Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Exposure to modern AI-assisted coding and developer productivity tools.
