Marketing Owls is looking for a creative, proactive, and AI-savvy Junior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual design and eager to use modern AI tools to maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Create professional visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, enhance visuals, and improve design productivity.
• Follow brand guidelines and deliver quality work within deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team remotely and contribute creative ideas to projects.
Requirements
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills. Personal projects are welcome.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a capable desktop or laptop suitable for professional design work.

• Adobe Firefly
• Midjourney
• Canva Magic Studio
• ChatGPT
• Freepik AI
Experience with these tools will be an advantage. Candidates do not need to master all five but should be willing and able to integrate AI into their creative workflow.
