📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
💰 CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA
🎓 Qualification: B.Arch / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent qualification.
*Role Overview*
We are looking for an experienced Design Head to lead our Residential Interiors category, driving design excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial profitability across premium and luxury residential projects.
*What We’re Looking For*
- 10+ years of experience in residential interiors, architecture, or luxury design.
- Strong portfolio of premium/luxury residential projects
- Excellent expertise in costing, BOQs, furniture, materials, and technical drawings.
- Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven team leadership and commercial ownership.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and business profitability experience preferred.
