Talent Acquisition Intern

What would you be doing?
You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to help build the team that’s building creator-led commerce in India. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own real parts of the hiring funnel from day one, across tech, product, business, and operations roles.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, college networks, and communities
Build and maintain talent pipelines for open and upcoming roles
Write and post job descriptions and run targeted outreach that actually gets replies
Screening & Coordination
Screen resumes against role requirements and run initial screening calls
Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates and hiring managers, keeping the process moving without drop-offs
Make sure every candidate has a smooth, responsive, and positive experience with Wishlink
Hiring Ops & Data
Keep the ATS and hiring trackers clean and up to date
Track funnel metrics like time-to-shortlist, source effectiveness, and interview-to-offer ratios, and flag bottlenecks early
Help build SOPs, templates, and processes as we scale our hiring
What are we looking for?
A recent graduate or final-year student
Genuine interest in talent acquisition, people, and building teams at a fast-growing startup
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort speaking with candidates at all levels
Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail: you won’t let a candidate slip through the cracks or an interview go unscheduled
Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or an ATS is a bonus
Bias for action: you follow up, follow through, and own outcomes end-to-end
Bonus: prior internship in recruitment or HR, or experience using AI tools to speed up sourcing and screening
