Job Responsibilities
Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls solving customer issues.
Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task.
Managing live chat maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minutes.
Able to follow order processing system from the back end.
Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.

You have successfully completed HSC/A levels
Good typing skills.
Strong in communications skills.
