🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
💰 Maximum Salary: Up to ₹28 LPA
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead industrial construction and infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
Manage factory setup, plant expansion, and infrastructure development.
Supervise site operations, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Handle project budgeting, cost control, quality, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
Oversee civil maintenance, repairs, and structural integrity of industrial facilities.
Coordinate with plant heads, consultants, and key stakeholders.
🔹 Required Skills
Extensive experience in civil project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong expertise in industrial construction, factory infrastructure, and project execution.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, structural engineering, and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
