Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in operations management and leadership, including significant experience managing teams or business functions.
Proven success in operational strategy, organizational development, and process improvement.
Experience in financial services, investment management, or fintech preferred.
Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
Ability to manage complex operations and deliver measurable business results.
