Audio Speech Evaluator – AI Expert (Temporary Project, 2-3 Months)

We are looking for experienced Audio Speech Evaluators with native or near-native English proficiency to support a cutting-edge AI speech evaluation project. The role involves having natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot, followed by evaluating the interaction based on tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, and overall conversational quality.
Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months, with potential for extension)
Location: Remote / Flexible
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in natural, conversational interactions with an AI bot across different topics and scenarios.
Evaluate the AI's speech and conversational responses after completing each task (approx. 20–30 minutes per task).
Assess core linguistics aspects, including tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, pacing, and overall conversational quality.
Provide clear, specific, and objective feedback based on project guidelines and defined rubrics.
Maintain target productivity levels and complete assigned tasks within the expected turnaround time.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc.) or higher – Must.
Language Skills: Native or demonstrably native-level English proficiency, including strong conversational skills and a natural English accent – Must.
Linguistic Acuity: Ability to identify subtle differences in tone, accent, pronunciation, and conversational style.
Selection Process: Passing an onboarding screening assessment is required to qualify for the project – Must.
