Product Manager - 2/3 Wheeler (Assistant Manager)

Short term and Mid-term plan tracking for entire product life cycle and developing marketing plans for through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer/consumer engagement, and business planning aligned with overall organization strategy, Vision and Mission of the organization.
Design, develop and execute plans for product positioning, placement, segmentation, market mapping and channel management in line with the organization’s strategic business plan for tyre business.
Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as market share, profitability, and distribution by conducting research.
Responsible of creation, allocation and control of Annual Budget for tyre business.
Help launch new products, manage go-to-market processes. Manage post Launch execution.
Influences present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
Facilitate sales team in ensuring wider market reach & product penetration in untapped markets, suggest ways and methods to sustain and create new avenues to grow the business further with reliable network of distributors / dealers.
Create effective promotion strategies (BTL) which help increase market share, demand and dealer and consumer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Brand and Communication team on actions.
Develop innovative products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources.
