Educational Qualification:
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Development Studies, Public Policy, Management, or related discipline.
MBA would be an added advantage.
Experience :
8-10 years of experience in CSR, development sector, social impact programs, or large-scale community development initiatives.
Proven experience in managing multi-location CSR projects.
Experience working with corporates, government bodies, NGOs, and donor-funded programs.
Exposure to skill development and livelihood projects will be highly preferred.
