Gurgaon, Sector 74
Horizon8 Builders and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, result-oriented sales leader to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our presence in the Gurgaon real estate market.
Position: Sales Head / General Manager – Sales
Location: Sector 74, Gurugram
Experience: 10+ years preferred
Industry: Real Estate (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and booking targets.
Develop sales strategies, business plans, and market expansion initiatives.
Drive lead conversion, client engagement, site visits, and closures.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and CRM discipline.
Identify new business opportunities across the Gurgaon real estate market.
What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon property market.Excellent team management, negotiation, and closing skills.
A consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
