About Menula
Menula is an AI-first restaurant technology platform based in Hyderabad. We build a cloud-based, mobile-first POS for restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, food trucks, and hotels. Most Indian restaurants still run on manual, outdated systems. Menula helps them catch up with how leading restaurants worldwide operate: faster ordering, smarter operations, and lower costs.
In January 2027, we’re launching Menula AI, a voice ordering assistant for restaurant staff. Waiters can take orders by speaking, and Menula understands the items, quantities, and special requests and sends them to the kitchen. That means faster service, fewer order mistakes, and less time spent tapping on screens during busy hours.
About the role
We’re looking for independent sales partners to bring restaurants onto Menula. You find the restaurant, pitch the product, and close the deal. We support you with demos, onboarding, and setup.
What you’ll do
Identify and reach out to restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and hotels in your city or network
Pitch Menula and set up product demos (our team can join you)
Close clients on our annual subscription plans
Stay in touch with your clients through onboarding
Our plans
Basic: ₹12,000 + GST per year (complete POS with all features)
Smart: ₹15,000 + GST per year (everything in Basic + Menula AI voice ordering, launching January 2027)
Compensation
50% commission on the annual subscription fee (excluding GST) for every client you bring in
That’s ₹6,000 per Basic client and ₹7,500 per Smart client
Example: sign 10 Smart clients a month and earn ₹75,000
Commission paid within 1-3 days of the client’s annual payment being received
No cap on earnings
This is a commission-only contract role with flexible hours
Who we’re looking for
Experience selling to restaurants, F&B, hospitality, or small businesses (preferred, not required)
An existing network of restaurant owners is a strong plus
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Good communication in English and Hindi, Telugu, or other regional languages
