BHR Specialist

AbbVie is looking for a BHR Specialist to join HR Team in Türkiye.
Reporting to the HR Director, the responsibilities of BHR Specialist will be as follows:
Partner with leaders on day-to-day people topics, translating business needs into practical HR solutions.
Oversee the recruitment process conducted by Talent Acquisition Team and coordinate onboarding.
Coordinate local and global talent, learning and development initiatives and respond to business capability needs.
Support performance, talent and succession processes through data, insights, manager guidance and disciplined follow-up.
Contribute to engagement, culture and organizational effectiveness actions that strengthen leadership and employee experience.
Prepare people metrics, pulse employee surveys, and executive-ready reports to support evidence-based decisions.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, confidentiality, controls, and compliance with local requirements.
Identify process improvements that simplify HR delivery and improve employee and manager experience.
University degree,
Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
1-3 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR generalist or business partnering role,
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; Workday knowledge would be an advantage,
Strong stakeholder management, customer focus, and business acumen,
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
