Senior Manager, Strategic Growth

As Senior Manager, Strategic Growth, you will lead expansion into new healthcare markets, developing and executing strategies that accelerate provider acquisition and business growth.
You will own the full go-to-market lifecycle, from market opportunity assessment and launch planning to campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
Alongside market expansion, you will build and manage strategic partnerships with industry players that unlock new distribution channels and strengthen market presence.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations, you will transform business priorities into coordinated initiatives with measurable outcomes.
You will combine creative marketing execution with data-driven decision-making to identify promising opportunities, test new approaches, and scale successful programs.
As a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will have significant visibility with senior leadership and ownership of strategic initiatives from conception through delivery.
