Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Ludhiana. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings for infrastructure and site development projects. Day-to-day tasks include planning project activities, performing site evaluations, coordinating with architects and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. The role involves overseeing stormwater management solutions, monitoring construction progress, and resolving technical issues that arise on-site. The Civil Engineer will collaborate with project stakeholders, prepare technical reports, and contribute to cost estimates and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
Ability to perform Civil Engineering Design and apply Civil Engineering principles across infrastructure and site development projects.
Demonstrated experience working as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, with strong project Planning capabilities.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices, standards, and regulations relevant to urban and industrial projects.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and familiarity with relevant building codes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; professional certification or licensure is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and site personnel.
Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to project deadlines and field conditions.
