Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Bangalore Urban. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product and content teams to design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile experiences that support learning and interview preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, developing interactive prototypes, and ensuring a cohesive visual design system. The role involves conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and iterating on designs to improve usability and engagement. The designer will work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, and interaction design.
Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create clean, modern, and accessible interfaces.
Experience with prototyping tools and methods to build and test interactive design concepts.
Understanding of front-end development fundamentals to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience designing educational products is an advantage.
