Business Analyst -Non US Raters - AI Chatbot Evaluation

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a project focused on evaluating and comparing chatbot responses against defined business and quality criteria.
What You'll Do
Analyze and document business requirements and workflows.
Evaluate and compare multiple chatbot responses.
Conduct structured assessments and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
Provide clear final evaluations, insights, and recommendations.
Prepare reports and relevant project documentation.
Support testing, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Track project progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to objectively evaluate and compare chatbot outputs.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.

Schedule: 5 working days per week, including weekends as required, with 2 weekdays off
