Wireless Solution Engineer

Role Description: Work at the cutting edge of wireless. As a Wireless Solution Engineer at DigiToad, you'll build and demonstrate real systems on 5G, mmWave, and Software Defined Radio platforms. You'll work with researchers, universities, and industry teams, turning complex RF and communication concepts into working prototypes and live demos.
What You'll Do
Build and demonstrate wireless systems using SDRs, mmWave, and 5G platforms
Develop prototypes and PoCs for research and industry use cases
Run experiments on wireless signal transmission, RF fundamentals, and system integration
Support customer discussions with clear technical explanations and live demonstrations
Create technical documentation, setup guides, and demo material
Assist with onsite deployments and deliver hands-on training
What You Bring
0 to 2 years of experience in wireless engineering
Exposure to SDR, signal processing, or communication systems
Working knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or GNU Radio
Solid grasp of RF basics (modulation, spectrum, antennas, link behavior)
A strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset
Clear communication skills, comfortable in front of customers and trainees
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with USRP, PlutoSDR, or similar radios
Familiarity with 5G NR, OpenAirInterface, or srsRAN
Experience with mmWave hardware or RF test equipment
