Informatica MDM Support Analyst
Role Summary
The Offshore MDM Support Analyst will provide Level 2/Level 3 support for MDM applications, investigate data issues, and assist in maintaining master data quality and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
• Support production incidents related to Informatica MDM.
• Investigate and resolve data quality and matching issues.
• Monitor MDM jobs, workflows, and batch processes.
• Perform data analysis and validation activities.
• Support change requests and minor enhancements.
• Work with CDI and CDQ teams for issue resolution.
• Document support procedures and knowledge articles.
Required Skills
• Experience with Informatica MDM.
• Understanding of master data concepts and governance.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to Informatica IDMC CDI.
• Familiarity with cloud data integration concepts.
• Experience in support or maintenance projects.
