Relationship Manager - HF_HOUSING FINANCE_0412_0552_1020838

Role Purpose: Responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing Home Loan, Mortgage, and LAP (Loan Against Property) customers while ensuring quality business, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Home Loan and Mortgage business through self-sourcing, connectors, builders, DSAs, and other channels.
Manage sales and distribution of Home Loan cases in the assigned territory.
Conduct market visits and develop catchment areas for business generation.
Ensure collection and verification of KYC and income documents as per bank guidelines.
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Handle end-to-end loan processing from sourcing to disbursement.
Cross-sell banking products such as CASA, Insurance, Credit Cards, and other retail products.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and improve customer experience/NPS scores.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2-8 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, Housing Finance, or Retail Asset Sales.
Good understanding of banking products, lending processes, and documentation.
Strong sales, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
