Klaviyo Technician – Long-term, Multiple DTC Accounts (Remote)
We’re eazyflows, a Klaviyo-focused email marketing agency serving DTC brands in Europe. Currently managing 6 active clients across Beauty, Haircare, Wellness, F&B and Fashion. We’re hiring a Klaviyo Technician to own the technical foundation across our client accounts.
This is NOT a strategy or copy role. You’re the person who makes sure the engine runs: deliverability, data sync, tracking, integrations, complex flow logic.
What you’ll own
Full technical client onboarding (Shopify ↔ Klaviyo integration, data mapping, suppression imports)
Deliverability setup and monitoring (DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, sending domain, warm-up)
Event tracking and data hygiene (custom events, server-side events, deduplication)
Complex flow logic (conditional splits, dynamic content, catalog-based triggers, multi-store)
Sync debugging between Shopify, Klaviyo and third-party apps (Recharge, Judge.me, Loox, etc.)
Account audits and health checks on takeovers
Clean documentation of every setup in ClickUp
Must-haves
2+ years hands-on Klaviyo at infrastructure/tech level (not pure copy or campaign work)
Proven Shopify ↔ Klaviyo integration across multiple accounts
Deliverability expertise: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, warm-up
Comfort with Klaviyo API, webhooks, custom events, server-side tracking
Basic HTML, Liquid, JSON (can read and tweak code)
Agency background or 3+ parallel accounts experience
Fluent English
Available for weekly 1:1 and team calls in DACH timezone overlap (min. 4h/day)
Uses Claude in daily workflow (not just ChatGPT)
