Key responsibilities and opportunities:
End-to-end client handling — You will own matters from the first client consultation through drafting, filing, arguing, and final disposal. No siloed work, no peripheral involvement. You will be the face of the file, the strategist behind it, and the voice in court.
Direct client relationships — You will build, manage, and retain your own client relationships. The firm actively encourages associates to develop independent rapport with clients, attend conferences directly, and become the trusted advisor rather than a back-office presence.
Complex, career-defining litigation — Expect to work on constitutional challenges, multi-generational property disputes, fraud and natural justice matters, cross-border enforcement, and litigation before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. Every brief is an opportunity to stretch.
Drafting that stands out in court — You will be mentored to produce pleadings, petitions, written submissions, and legal notices that are precise, well-reasoned, and citation-rich — the kind of work that earns judicial attention.
Advocacy and negotiation at every forum — From trial courts and tribunals to appellate and constitutional benches, you will argue, cross-examine, and negotiate on behalf of clients at every stage.
Independent growth and networking — Assured Justice LLP believes in building advocates, not employees. You will be encouraged to attend bar events, build referral networks, publish, speak, and cultivate your professional identity. Your name will appear on the memo of parties.
