About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of professional experience in developing modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, and application optimization.
The candidate should be comfortable working across the entire development lifecycle, from designing user interfaces to developing server-side logic and managing databases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Build interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Create, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs.
Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, MobX, or other suitable state management libraries.
Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB and SQL-based databases.
Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and application security measures.
Optimize application performance, scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Use version control systems and follow coding standards and software development best practices.

Practical experience with the JavaScript ecosystem, including React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Experience working with MongoDB and SQL databases.
Ability to develop and integrate APIs and manage end-to-end application functionality.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
A willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
