Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, FSL configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and customize Service Cloud and FSL components including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management processes.
Participate in end-to-end implementation, deployment, and support activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills
7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
Experience with Service Cloud and FSL managed package configurations.
Knowledge of scheduling optimization, work orders, service territories, and mobile solutions.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
