Tally TSS Renewal Executive (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly individual to manage renewals of Tally Software Services (TSS) for our existing customer base.
Responsibilities
Contact existing Tally customers whose TSS subscriptions are due for renewal.
Follow up with customers before their subscription expiry dates.
Explain TSS Silver and Gold renewal options.
Coordinate renewal payments and processing.
Maintain renewal records and follow-up status.
Build strong relationships with existing customers to encourage timely renewals.
Requirements
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and accountants.
Basic knowledge of TallyPrime is preferred.
Responsible, organized and customer-focused.
Students, freshers and freelancers are welcome.
Compensation
Commission-based earnings for every successful renewal.

This role focuses exclusively on existing customer renewals. No cold calling or new-customer acquisition targets.
