Together with our employer partners, our ambition is to support 1,000 young people across Scotland every year, creating life-changing opportunities for even more young people.
That’s why we’re recruiting a new Head of Corporate Partnerships Scotland.
This is a senior, externally focused role for someone who knows how to build relationships that lead somewhere. Someone who can spot an opportunity, understand what matters to an organisation and turn shared ambitions into partnerships with real substance and lasting value.
You’ll develop relationships with some of Scotland’s leading employers and turn shared ambitions into significant, long-term partnerships. You’ll develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities, personally lead some of our most significant prospects, and deepen and grow the fantastic partnerships we already have.
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, entrepreneurial and credible with senior leaders, with a strong track record of turning relationships and opportunities into meaningful partnerships and income.
You might have built your career in the private, public or charity sector. What matters is your ability to build trust, create shared value and make things happen, alongside a genuine commitment to social mobility and creating fairer access to opportunity for young people.

💷 £48,000 to £54,000, depending on experience
📍 Home-based, with candidates based within the Central Belt and regular travel across Scotland
📅 Full-time, with a planned January 2027 start
