Medicare Counselor | Remote

Position: SHIP Medicare Counselor
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30 - $60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review Medicare questions to ensure they reflect real beneficiary inquiries
Write rubrics for correct answers in enrollment scenarios
Cover Medigap vs. Medicare Advantage in your rubrics
Evaluate AI-generated responses against the created rubrics
Flag errors, omissions, and outdated guidance in answers
Provide clear written feedback to the project team
Work asynchronously while committing to project hours
Requirements
Active or recent SHIP certification is required
Minimum of 1 year advising on Medicare topics
Experience with initial enrollment and special enrollment periods
Knowledge of Part B late penalties and plan comparisons
Must be based in the US
Able to start quickly and commit 20 30 hours/week
Demonstrate clear and precise writing skills
