Copper Belt FMCG Sales Specialist X4

Job Overview
We are seeking 4 dynamic Sales Specialists to manage wholesale clients, build strategic relationships, and drive business growth across the Copperbelt market.
Key Responsibilities
i) Collect client orders from wholesale channels and build long-term client relationships.
ii) Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and overall market dynamics in real time.
iii) Conduct regular client visits to track inventory, business status, and sales performance.
iv) Identify client order requirements and ensure timely fulfillment and follow-up.
Qualifications & Requirements
i) Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
ii) 1–3 years of sales experience in a large local FMCG company in Zambia.
iii) Strong understanding of the Copperbelt market with established local client resources and relationships.
iv) Target driven with exceptional communication, networking and negotiation skills.
