Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role within the Outbound Tours Division of Sales and Operations at Holiday Merchants Canada. The role involves managing day-to-day sales and operations for outbound tours. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, creating tour packages, coordinating with suppliers and travel partners, booking reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring tour operations, and supporting customers before, during, and after their trips.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Relationship Management
Knowledge of Tour Operations, Tour Package Creation, and Reservation Booking
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
French language skills are an advantage
Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, and Ability to Multitask
Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant technology tools
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
