YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and execute Marketing campaigns via CRM tools to reinforce the growth of our clients.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to ensure optimization and smooth execution of the campaigns.
Promotional Management: Configure and manage bonus codes, promotional images, and periodic requests for free spins/reward games.
Performance Analysis: Analyze data to measure and report campaign performance.
Feature Research and Testing: Conduct research and testing on new features to support the team.
Reporting: Present monthly improvements to management and provide weekly updates to the team on new developments.
Website Enhancement: Contribute to enhancing the website with new functionalities beyond the current features.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in English.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Experience with Jira and Confluence would be considered a plus.
Previous marketing or customer support experience would be a plus.
Understanding the iGaming business is a big plus.
