Scrum Master

Arnsoft is looking for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure effective and timely project delivery.
Candidates with experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain, logistics, or inventory management technology projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, burndown charts, and sprint commitments to support predictable delivery.
Identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks that may affect project timelines.
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization, user story definition, and acceptance criteria.
Track project progress and communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Encourage collaboration, accountability, transparency, and a self-organizing team culture.
Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, delivery quality, and Agile processes.
Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.
Preferred Domain Experience – Warehouse & Supply Chain
Experience working on warehouse management systems, inventory management, order processing, or logistics applications.
Understanding of warehouse workflows, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
Ability to coordinate with business and technical teams to translate operational requirements into actionable development tasks.
Exposure to warehouse automation, ERP integrations, inventory visibility, or supply chain optimization projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint activities.
Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse management, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or related technology domains.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, or Order Management Systems (OMS).
Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM I, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience working with distributed teams and managing cross-team dependencies.
Work Location & Schedule
Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Work Mode: 100% onsite; work from the office is mandatory.
Working Days: 5 days a week.
Candidates should be comfortable working onsite from the Hyderabad office.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Scrum Master who can drive Agile execution, facilitate effective collaboration, and improve delivery outcomes. Experience in warehouse or supply chain technology projects will be an added advantage.
