Role Description The Technical Management Professional Networks role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing and optimizing network infrastructure, monitoring performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and implementing changes and upgrades in line with best practices and security standards. The professional will prepare and maintain technical documentation, support incident and problem management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with stakeholders to align network operations with business objectives and customer experience goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in computer networks, including routing, switching, network protocols, and basic security principles.
Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting tools in an operational or technical support environment.
Ability to interpret technical documentation, create clear reports, and maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at different levels.
Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality and reliability.
Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and adapt to evolving technologies, processes, and business needs.
Industry certifications in networking or telecommunications (e.g., CCNA, Network+, or equivalents) are beneficial.
