Content Creator - Biology (Journal Production)

We seek a creative Content Creator to join our team and produce content for research-focused educational animated videos in Biological Sciences. This position is ideal for science enthusiasts passionate about creating engaging and informative scientific videos tailored to scientists, researchers, and graduate students.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed scientific scripts and storyboards for creating educational animations based on research protocols.
Capture and accurately convey the scientific concepts underlying key experimental steps, ensuring the scripts and storyboard follow the experimental flow.
Work with professional animators, providing clear guidance and feedback to ensure the visual representation aligns with the script.
Requirements
Ph.D. in Biological Sciences or a relevant discipline.
Mandatory wet lab experience in biological research, with expertise in in vitro testing and cell-based assays.
Experience in working with pre-clinical animal models.
Ability to quickly comprehend and interpret scientific concepts and experimental protocols from a wide range of research publications across various disciplines within the Biological Sciences.
Demonstrated enthusiasm for conveying scientific concepts through creative means.
Proficiency in written communication skills, with a focus on US-English language standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Google Docs is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines while multitasking and adapting to evolving business requirements.
