About Us
We are a premium interior design and turnkey execution company specializing in hospitality and commercial projects, delivering high-quality hotels, resorts, villas, corporate offices, and retail spaces. We are expanding our execution team and looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead on-site operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of hospitality and commercial interior projects
Manage site teams, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards
Prepare project schedules, BOQs, progress reports, and billing certifications
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
Monitor material procurement and inventory planning
Ensure compliance with safety norms and quality benchmarks
Handle client meetings and provide regular project updates
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
5–15 years of experience in hospitality or commercial interior execution
Strong knowledge of modular furniture, civil works, MEP coordination, and finishing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Excel
Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills
Ability to handle multiple sites independently
