🚨 We’re Hiring | Social Media Executive (On-site, Noida)
Traffic Monks is a digital marketing agency that helps doctors and clinics in India grow. We’re building a strong personal brand and content engine around our founder, Nishant Mittal | Marketing for Doctors, and we need our first dedicated social media hire.

You’ll own Instagram, LinkedIn & other platforms strategy from idea to post, working alongside our in-house editing team. If you’d rather scale a page with real traction in a focused niche than start from zero with no direction, this role is for you.
📍 Location: Sector 4, Noida (on-site)
💼 Type: Full-time
💰 Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills
What you’ll do:
→ Run Instagram and LinkedIn for the founder’s personal brand
→ Plan content calendars and come up with reel, carousel, and post ideas
→ Write scripts and captions, and shoot content
→ Work with our editing team to get content edited and approved
→ Publish and schedule posts, and engage with the audience
→ Execute and improve our content strategies and SOPs
→ Track performance and report what’s working
→ Help with basic social media tasks for client accounts when needed
Who we’re looking for:
→ 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
→ Strong at content ideation, scripting, and storytelling
→ Comfortable shooting content on camera or phone
→ Good writing skills in English
→ Understands what makes content grow on Instagram and LinkedIn
→ Self-driven, creative, and takes ownership
→ Interest in healthcare or personal branding is a plus
→ Must share live work: Instagram pages or reels you’ve created or managed, with results (reach, followers gained, or leads)
